Measuring our progress
We’re currently collecting baseline data and refining our goals. As we measure progress over time, we’ll share updates and stories of success, along with any challenges we encounter. Together, we can build a healthier, more equitable future for Linn, Benton, and Lincoln Counties.
Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP)
The 2024-2028 regional Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) is our long-term vision for addressing public health challenges based on input from our community and key partners.

Regional Health Assessment (RHA)
The 2022-2026 Regional Health Assessment (RHA) is a comprehensive picture of the community’s health status, factors contributing to health disparities, and community resources to improve health.
